(An Innovation to Strengthen Good Values and Virtues through Video/ On-Screen Presentations, Contests and various Activities during Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao Classes and Flag Ceremony)

                Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao subject is used to influence student’s attitudes and behavior for the better, or at least in line with what the society would consider appropriate and morally and spiritually acceptable. It is also given and accepted that those attitudes and behaviors can be developed, at least in part, from a range of pedagogies that include critical reflection on issues relating to values and from videos that would be of great help to this matter.

             Hence, using various teaching strategies specifically presentation of Short Videos and On-Screen Presentations during classes and a short introduction of the importance and positive values and virtues that they need to develop during flag ceremony of Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao is one way to encourage students develop their values and virtues through activities and interaction with others. These skills are vital in everyday situations, where there is greater emphasis on important virtues, good values, and right conduct. This innovation aims to strengthen and promote the importance of possessing good values and right conduct to each learner. In addition, it aims to improve the learner’s performance of Junior High School level in Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao subject specifically the presentation of EsPesyal Project and to utilize and apply the knowledge they have gained in their everyday activities/situations.
